JOYTALK is now accepting applications for energetic and enthusiastic native English speakers to work as ALTs in Japanese public junior high schools and elementary schools in Saitama prefecture in the Kanto region of eastern Japan.
Applicants should be native speakers of English, have a university degree, be able to communicate in Japanese to some degree, enjoy working with children, have an interest in Japanese language and culture and be a team player. Applicants would also be highly regarded if they hold education qualifications or teaching certificates and /or have previous teaching experience although these are not mandatory requirements.

We provide visa sponsorship, paid holidays, car rental, rental accommodation, reimbursement for work transportation costs and 24 hour support and assistance where needed. The positions are Monday to Friday with work hours varying between 8:00am and 5:00pm daily.
The salary may vary depending on the applicant's experience, Japanese language skills, etc, and will range between 200,000 and 250,000 yen per month.

Full-time Kindergarten English Teachers : Kanto region : March 2019 start
JOYTALK is now accepting applications for energetic and enthusiastic native English speakers to work as kindergarten English teachers in Tochigi and Kanagawa Prefectures, starting in March 2019.
Applicants should be native speakers of English, have a university degree, be able to communicate in Japanese at a conversational level, enjoy working with children, have an interest in Japanese language and culture, be a team player and be able to not only follow a specific curriculum for teaching English, but also be able to supervise children outside of class when required. Applicants would be highly regarded if they hold childcare qualifications or certifications, early childhood or other educational qualifications or teaching certificates and / or have previous kindergarten or other teaching experience with children, although these are not mandatory requirements.

Depending on the contract conditions, successful applicants may also be enrolled in the social insurance system, providing health insurance, pension, etc, that is 50% supported by the company.

Full-time English Conversation Teachers : March / April 2019
Joytalk is now accepting applications from those wishing to teach full-time English conversation classes at our private foreign language schools in Tochigi and Miyagi Prefectures. Classes are usually in the afternoons and evenings from Tuesday to Saturday, although the schedule may vary from school to school.
Applicants should be native speakers of English, have a university degree and a driver's license valid for use in Japan. Teachers should enjoy working with children and adults alike, have an interest in Japanese language & culture and be a team player.
Applicants would also be highly regarded if they have Japanese speaking skills, hold education qualifications and / or have previous teaching experience although they are not essential for this position. Japanese skills are not needed for these positions although may be advantageous.
